Workshops
My monthly online workshops are grounded in well-established, research-backed psychological approaches, ensuring that the tools and techniques you learn are evidence-based and effective.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to translate complex research into practical, easy-to-use strategies you can apply in everyday life.
Just as importantly, the workshops are held in a safe and non-judgmental environment, where participants are encouraged to go at their own pace, ask questions, and feel supported throughout the process.
Please be assured that you dont need to speak out in a group or divulge any sensitive or confidential information.
