A Welcoming Start – We’ll begin by checking in on how you’ve been feeling since our last session and what’s most important to focus on that day.
Guided Exploration – Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I’ll ask gentle questions to help you understand patterns, uncover what’s beneath the surface, and find new ways of approaching challenges.
Practical Tools & Insights – Depending on your needs, I may introduce strategies or perspectives you can take with you—things you can practice between sessions to support your growth.
A Collaborative Process – Therapy isn’t me telling you what to do—it’s us working side by side. You set the pace, and I adapt the process to what feels safe and useful for you.
A Safe, Supportive Environment – Above all, sessions are confidential and centered on building trust, so you feel free to share openly at your own comfort level.

My Fees
Individual sessions: £55
Couples sessions: £75
For those who would like additional support between sessions, I also offer pre-paid options for text and email communication.

Bank Transfer before each session commences or prepaid plans available.

Each session lasts roughly between 50-55 minutes.

The length of therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come to therapy for a few months to work through a specific challenge, while others find ongoing support helpful for deeper healing and long-term growth.
Together, we’ll discuss your goals and check in along the way to see what feels most helpful for you. There’s no “right” timeline—what matters is finding a pace that supports your well-being.
