In a supportive and relaxed environment, you’ll explore strategies for calming the mind and body, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and building confidence in handling stressful situations.

My Approach
I take an integrative, therapeutic approach that is rooted in creating safety and trust. Many of my clients carry wounds that create anxiety and trauma, and I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful part of healing this.
What sets my work aside with anxiety and trauma apart from most mainstream therapists is the way I combine Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods. For example, IFS helps us to explore and heal the deeper parts of you that carry old pain from trauma that the anxiety tries to protect us against, while CBT offers practical strategies for shifting unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours and helps us in the here and now to live how we want to.
Many of my clients have come to me after working with other therapists and often say they feel like something was missing. They tell me that in our sessions, for the first time, they feel deeply understood, supported and no longer feel alone. I feel that this is because I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach — instead, I adapt to your needs, listen carefully to your experience, and create a space where real trust can take root to enhance true healing.
